GLYCOL DEHYDRATION UNITS

 ITS maintains an inventory of different sizes of glycol for gas dehydration at our Katy, Texas manufacturing facility, most are available for immediate delivery.  We offer stock re-generators with heat duties from 125,000 to 1,000,000 BTU/HR.  Our regenerators are skid mounted on to an oil field type skid for easy loading and unloading.  We carry both standard and high re-concentration regenerators.  All our regenerators are designed with integral storage compartments for higher glycol concentrations and lower reboiler operating temperatures.

Standard feature include glycol balanced pumps to conserve gas and utilities.  Glycol filters with replaceable elements to protect glycol pump and reboiler.  External panel type and pipe in shell glycol-glycol heat exchanger for superior heat transfer efficiency and greater heat recovery.  Reboiler shell insulation and aluminum jacket.  Standard unit with 36" and smalller contractors are available with all components mounted on a single skid.
